Traditional Nabulsi White Cheese
Enjoy eating this traditional White Cheese, also called “Nabulsi” cheese, that is deliciously produced from 100% Fresh ewe’s milk with the addition of black seeds, mastic, mahlab and salt, just like Grandma makes it!
To enjoy the best taste, you need to place the cheese in warm water for 5 to 6 hours before serving it. It can be eaten fresh as salty table cheese, or used as a stuffing for your dough and pastry. You can also fry it in our Ghee clarified butter for a perfect savory taste!
Its white and rectangular shape and semi-hard texture makes it a unique cheese in the Levant region.
